Facts about music part 2
In this post I would like to continue my thoughts about music facts.
What I've read is that treatment for diseases like depression, Alzheimer or Parkinson can be done using music, because of its past recalling and movement helping properties. A thing linked to this, is that it is a really great remedy for pain. Some doctors even prefer to use this rather than traditional medicines, because it doesn't damage your immune system, liver etc. It is intensively used when using anesthesia drug. Next fact will be useful for people who don't like monotonny when working out. Motivating music in the background will increase your productivity, which results in more effective training. Also a quick tip on learning better and faster- background music increases our ability to remember more images and words, so feel free to use it! The last thing is that listening to music has improving properties when interpreting neutral facial expression.
To my surprise the theory of truly enjoying sad music confirmed once again, you undestrand feeling givencin the song without actually experiencing it.

There is anesthesiologist in my husband's hospital who insists on using music when putting the patient to sleep before surgery. She claims it makes the drug work faster and more effectively - she must have read the same studies.
