i-Dosers

Ever since I remember, I have always been interested in strange effects of music on people. Lately when I was surfing the Internet, I came across youtube video called iDoser. I had no clue what was that, so I googled it. This is what I found out. I-Dosing leans on listening to two different sounds on each earphone, then our brain somehow converts this into one specific sound, which is simmilar to these two output. What it does to our body is that it binaural beats enter to our brain. It used to be very popular among teenagers, because of its drug simmilar feelings. That is the reason why some parents are concerned about their children listening to i-Dosers, some users say that is resembles the effects of drugs like marijuana  or even crack. Yet still,  some people use it as a background music when meditating or doing yoga. It tunes your brain to a more effective exercising, thinking, relaxing etc. Source: https://nobullying.com/i-doser/

White noise

Has anyone ever told you that it is easier for them to fall asleep when listening to sounds of rain? Well, it is scientifically approved that listening to repeating sounds brings on favorable atmosphere. But what caught my attention is a thing called "white noise", it was made in 100% by the computers. First things first, white noise is a sound, whose task is to drown out background sounds. More professionally described, it is a noise which has constant amplitude during the audible frequency range. If you are curious about its sound, just open the link that I used as my source, it is a 10 second audio. It resembles a TV or radio sough. One of the neuroscientist proved that even when we're asleep we hear sound, due to this, people who have problems with interrupting their sleep can solve their problem by playing white noise. That's on account of its masking properties, for example it can jam barking dog. Source: https://sleepjunkies.com/features/sleep-soundly-with-w...

Influence of classical music

As we all know classical music is one of the best known music type all over the world. Do you know someone who doesn't know about Mozart or Chopin? I don't think so. Anyway, going to the subject, I've already known that all kinds of music can boost your mood. But what I came across is that some scientists proved that classical music can lower your blood pressure or even make your IQ bigger. Unfortunately it is a short term effect, but it can be used as a brain warm up before doing something which needs abstract thinking. Despite that, majority of people don't think listening to some special tyle of music can magically boost your intelligence, in their opinion it is occured by placebo. But one is sure- if you feel anxious, listening to music that you like releases dopamine, which is in charge of stress reduce. What is unique is, that classical music has  calming properties, and one doctor said that it seems to clarify your mind. What caught my attention the most is one...

Can music make you more productive?

In todays post I would like to share with you the results of my resarch whether music has a good or bad influence on your productivity. What I came across is it can help you while doing repetetive tasks, because they don't absorb a lot of creativity. Some people consider it as a side effect of just being in a good mood on account of the positive influence of music that you enjoy. What also caught my attention is the fact that people, who work in a busy workplace, perform their work more effectively, while listening to music on a headphones. It is occurring due to, as I said before, creativity they boost through it. The author of this text sadly admits, that music disturbs you from a learning process, that is caused because our brain doesn't like any distraction whatsoever.
